31st International Medical Instruments & Equipment Exhibition 2019 (24 March 2019)

BioMind® is privileged to be invited to present a talk at The 31st International Medical Instruments & Equipment Exhibition in Beijing on 24 March 2019. Ms Evelyn Chee, Machine Learning Engineer, BioMind®, shared about Smart Cancer Treatment, and how radiotherapy treatment for cancer can be automated. Motivated by the successful applications of convolutional neural network in the computer vision field, BioMind has achieved new breakthroughs in the treatment space. During the sharing session, Ms Chee presented our vision and results of using AI for radiotherapy treatment.

European Congress of Radiology (27 Feb-3 March 2019)

We showcased our flagship AI product, BioMind®, to over 26,000 delegates from all over the world at the European Congress of Radiology from 27 Feb to 3 Mar 2019. The exhibition is a trend-setting, dynamic and service-oriented congress, well-known as one of the most innovative meetings within the scientific community. Our CEO, Mr Raymond Moh, took the pulpit to share insights on the technological revolution, AI, and how it can impact the world. The participants’ matured understanding of Narrow AI is indeed a huge step forward in today’s society. Furthermore, we also had the privilege to participate in an Artificial Intelligence Forum with Dr Jane Phillips-Hughes, President of British Institute of Radiology, to discuss the future of AI and how the globalisation of AI can close the gap in clinical studies.
